Job Description
What you will do:
You will play a key part in advancing the organization's data maturity, insights generation, and AI/ML evolution. In this role, you will engineer new data objects and/or pipelines. You will share responsibility for data object remediation and QA, as well as contribute to descriptive analytics and root-cause analysis. Beyond this, you will help evaluate and create ML models and AI-driven systems that support key business decisions.
- Design and build scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support business needs
- Improve data quality through validation, remediation, and analysis to identify trends and root causes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI/ML model development and broader data initiatives
- Translate technical findings into actionable business insights and document work to share knowledge across the team
What You Need to Be Successful
- Basic SQL and Python skills
- Interest in machine learning concepts and applications
- Ability to translate data into insights
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset, eager to learn and able to integrate seamlessly into highly collaborative teams
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field with a graduation date between December 2026-August 2027

Compensation & Internship Details
- Compensation: $22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for those enrolled in a graduate program.
- Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Thursday in our Boca Raton Headquarters, and the option to work remotely on Fridays, depending on team schedules.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
- Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 18-July 30, 2026.
- Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.
